Advanced Associate, Content Quality Assurance
Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate, Content Quality Assurance to join our General Qualifications portfolio. This role is crucial for the production of assessment-related content across various subjects. You will report to the Content Implementation Manager and Editorial Developer Manager, working collaboratively within a team to deliver a professional and customer-focused service.
A Day in the Life
The Advanced Associate, Content Quality Assurance role is dynamic and varies with the assessment delivery and production cycle. Your primary responsibility will be the secure and accurate management of content production for question papers. You will build and maintain relationships with external assessment associates to ensure high-quality assessments are produced under strict deadlines. This includes attending team meetings, managing workloads for allocated qualifications, and supporting colleagues in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
- Work to set deadlines on assigned activities throughout the year.
- Ensure timely escalations to management regarding adherence to paper production processes, schedules, or other issues.
- Manage your own training and actively seek advice and support from your manager.
- Collaborate effectively within your content team and across the wider Assessment team.

Working Pattern:
A standard working pattern is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Weekend work may be required during peak periods, with time off in lieu provided. Leave may be restricted during peak activity times. Flexibility across qualifications and the department is expected.

- 1-2 years of work experience in a corporate setting.
- An educational background is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other tools (e.g., Teams).
- Ability to work within the UK Time Zone (3 pm MNL onwards).
