Job Description
Associate, Recruitment Administration
Pearson is seeking a temporary Advanced Associate, Service Delivery Management (Recruitment Administration) to provide essential recruiting operations support for Connections Academy. This role focuses on managing active job postings, coordinating interviews, and utilizing reporting to monitor hiring trends and identify potential risks. You will report to the Senior Lead, School HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of 200–350+ active job postings across various platforms.
- Post school openings using UKG and cross-post to external sites.
- Refresh and close postings to maintain accuracy on job boards.
- Create and configure video interviews, ensuring correct mapping to job requisitions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video interview platforms.
- Perform database searches with specific criteria to find suitable candidates.
- Utilize data and reporting tools to track application flow and hiring trends.
- Escalate concerns regarding disposition updates, hiring pauses, or slowed applications.
- Collaborate with HR Partners and Talent Strategy Advisors on open requisition issues.
- Optimize recruiting workflows using UKG or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Apply recruiting knowledge to support hiring teams and enhance candidate pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with UKG or similar ATS platforms.
- Ability to manage high-volume postings (200–350+ simultaneously).
- Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition support.
- Familiarity with job posting workflows, candidate database searches, and requisition management.
- Proficiency in posting, cross-posting, refreshing, and closing job requisitions.
- Skilled in setting up and troubleshooting video interview platforms.
- Ability to use reporting tools to identify trends and escalate concerns.
- Strong coordination skills for effective collaboration with HR Partners and Talent Strategy Advisors.
- Clear communication for escalating issues with open requisitions.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving recruiting process bottlenecks.
- Resourceful in conducting targeted candidate database searches.
- Must be open to a temporary assignment (6 months), starting immediately through October.
- Must be open to working 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours, including at least 4 hours daily between 8 PM and 5 AM MNL.
