Pearce Webster Dugdale's, a legal firm with over 100 years of history, is seeking a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant/Secretary. This role is based in Southbank, Melbourne, and involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a Senior Commercial lawyer and a junior solicitor specializing in Wills and deceased estates litigation files.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules and diaries effectively for legal professionals.
- Organize and maintain legal documents and client files with precision.
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the legal team.
- Handle various clerical tasks, including correspondence and record keeping.
- Ensure excellent communication with clients and external stakeholders.
- Implement effective time management strategies for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
- Proficiency in Diary Management and exceptional organizational abilities.
