Pearce Webster Dugdale's, a legal firm with over 100 years of history, is seeking a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant/Secretary. This role is based in Southbank, Melbourne, and involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a Senior Commercial lawyer and a junior solicitor specializing in Wills and deceased estates litigation files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and diaries effectively for legal professionals.
  • Organize and maintain legal documents and client files with precision.
  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the legal team.
  • Handle various clerical tasks, including correspondence and record keeping.
  • Ensure excellent communication with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Implement effective time management strategies for daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including file management, record keeping, and handling correspondence.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Professional demeanour and unwavering confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with PEXA is required.
