Responsibilities
Your role as Virtual Assistant includes executing the following tasks:
- Executive Administrative Support: Manage client inboxes, calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, conduct research, prepare presentations, book travel, and provide light HR/finance support.
- Operations Support: Document SOPs, organize digital files and CRMs, support onboarding/offboarding, collaborate with vendors, and assist with launches or events.
- Digital Marketing Support: Schedule and publish social media content, create or update branded assets, draft and edit marketing materials, support website updates, and track engagement metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative, operational, or project coordination experience with direct assistant experience.
- 1+ years of remote work experience.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management or AI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must reside within the continental U.S. and have at least 15 hours/week availability during business hours.
