About the Virtual Assistant Role
Peachtree VA is seeking a driven administrative professional with a personal touch to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. In this part-time, remote role (U.S. only), you will support small to medium-sized business owners across various industries, offering high-level administrative, operational, and digital marketing support.
What You Will Do
You will manage client inboxes and calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments, conduct research, prepare presentations and documents, and assist with travel, expenses, and logistics. You will also handle light HR/finance support, document SOPs, organize digital files and CRMs, support onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with vendors. In addition, you will help schedule and publish social media content, update branded assets using Canva, draft and edit marketing copy, assist with website/blog updates, and track engagement.
