You’ll be supporting small to medium-sized business owners across a variety of industries, paired intentionally with clients whose needs align with your unique strengths and personality. This allows you to show up fully as yourself and deliver high-level support with intention, heart, and strategic insight. As a true thought partner, you anticipate client needs, offer creative solutions, and contribute ideas that help their business thrive. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your client work while knowing support from our corporate team is always available when needed.
Responsibilities: Where Passion Meets Performance
Our talented team of virtual assistants feel confident in successfully executing all of the following tasks and responsibilities:
Executive Administrative Support
- Manage client inboxes and calendars
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and scheduling
- Conduct research and compile findings or reports
- Prepare presentations, agendas, and other internal documents
- Book and manage travel, expenses, and logistics
- Provide light HR and finance support (invoicing, contracts, etc.)
- Act as a liaison between the client and their team or customers
Operations Support
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Organize digital files, CRMs, and shared drives
- Support onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners
- Assist with launches, events, or internal initiatives
Digital Marketing Support
- Schedule or publish content across social media platforms
- Create or update branded assets using Canva
- Draft, proofread, and edit marketing copy or newsletters
- Support light website or blog updates
- Track engagement and flag trends or performance metrics

Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative, operational, or project coordination experience. Direct assistant experience is required, but an official assistant job title is not.
- 1+ years of remote work experience
- Ability to independently manage multiple clients and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable computer (Mac or PC with webcam), high-speed internet, and a distraction free remote workspace
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management or AI tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday.com, ChatGPT, Zapier)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Additional Information
- We are currently not accepting candidates who have full-time jobs or are enrolled in school full-time
- Must reside within the continental U.S. year-round. International applicants will be automatically disqualified
- At least 15 hours/week of availability during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am-5pm)
- 1099 contractor position (Peachtree VA does not guarantee hours or clients)
- All candidates complete a comprehensive skills assessment as part of the application
- Applicants will be subject to a background check if hired
