Job Description
The Web Manager at PDQ is an individual contributor responsible for scaling, optimizing, and growing PDQ’s owned websites. This remote role supports the customer journey by managing PDQ's content management solution and coordinating across SEO, paid media, design, product marketing, and demand generation teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the content management system ensuring scaling and consistency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build website pages and experiences.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and conversion optimizations.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to manage front-end development workload.
- Maintain an internal roadmap and documentation for critical user flows.
- Lead independent website projects and regular reporting to inform optimizations.
We're Looking For People Who Have
- 6+ years in digital marketing, preferably in high growth SaaS.
- Experience managing a CMS and collaborating with front-end developers.
- A positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
- Proven collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
