Formwork Carpenter - North Vancouver, British Columbia
PCL is seeking Formwork Carpenters for a project located in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
Job Perks & Compensation:
- 10-hour workdays with 2 hours of overtime per day
- Daily travel allowance
- RRSP matching program
- Paid extended benefits package
- Base rate of $40.15/HR with a total compensation package of $48.10/HR
- Long-term work with opportunity for advancement
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in the construction, erection, and installation of engineered formwork systems for decks, columns, and walls (Doka, Peri, Aluma).
- Complying with jurisdictional and company safety standards and policies.
- Erecting and building scaffolding for access and concrete formwork decks.
- Building hoardings and temporary shelters for concrete curing.
- Completing task hazard assessments and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Understanding and the ability to follow safe work procedures and work within a crew accordingly.
