Overview
The Senior UX Lead at PCI Productions, LLC sets the vision and drives execution of user-experience strategy across digital products. This remote role emphasizes compliance with Section 508 and WCAG standards while blending hands-on UX expertise with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Define and champion a UX vision aligned with business goals and accessibility requirements, establish a design system, and embed accessibility into agile workflows.
- Design & Execution: Oversee end-to-end design processes, conduct accessibility audits, and advocate for data-driven design decisions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Present strategies to executives, build cross-functional relationships, and serve as the primary voice of the user.
- Success Metrics: Improve usability and accessibility compliance, ensure adoption of standards, and drive team growth.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications: 8–12+ years of UX/UI design experience with at least 3–5 years in leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, proven success leading UX teams, expertise in Section 508 and WCAG compliance, proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite), strong communication skills, and an active Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in related fields, DHS Trusted Tester certification, government or federal contracting experience, familiarity with USWDS, and experience in user research and usability testing.
