About the Power Platform Consultant Role
As a Power Platform Consultant, you will be the driving force behind digital process automation and the development of intelligent business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will leverage your expertise to modernize internal processes, develop custom Power Apps, and implement innovative Copilot solutions.

Your Responsibilities as Power Platform Consultant:
- Automate complex business processes using Power Automate (Flows, approvals), integrating with SharePoint and Teams.
- Develop and implement custom business applications with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
- Build and configure Copilot Agents for process automation and AI-driven support.
- Continuously optimize existing solutions, perform troubleshooting, and provide support for the Power Platform.
- Conduct workshops and training for IT teams, create documentation, best practices, and guidelines.
- Perform scripting and automation using PowerShell, Graph API, and JSON/REST API.
- Integrate and utilize Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Automation) to extend the Power Platform.
What We Are Looking For:
Your Expertise (Hard Skills)
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Fluent in German and English to communicate effectively with our DACH customers.
- Proven experience building multiple Canvas Apps and ideally with Copilot Agents.
- An engaged team player who enjoys advising clients.
- Solid knowledge in scripting and automating administrative tasks (PowerShell).
- Experience with Azure Services (Logic Apps & Azure Functions).
- Good knowledge of integrating SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
- "Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant" certification is a plus.
