The Opportunity

Enhance the way dealerships operate by leading software conversion projects, training customers, managing data conversions, and integrating third-party systems.

The Role

The Automotive Project Manager oversees the software conversion of new PBS customers from their current DMS provider to PBS. This role is based in the Milton, ON office with 50% office work and 50% travel across North America.

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Plan, organize and implement conversion projects with clear goals.
  • Training Management: Coordinate customer training programs and support material updates.
  • Data Conversion: Develop plans ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security during migration.
  • Integration Management: Facilitate integration with third-party CRM systems and other vendors.
  • Other Duties: Report project progress, manage multiple tasks, and maintain stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in a car dealership environment required.
  • 1-2 years experience in project management is an asset.
  • Relevant college diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel approx. 2 weeks per month across Canada and USA; valid passport/license required.
