Job Description Summary
This role involves collaborating internally to enhance process quality while addressing client needs with tailored solutions. The Sr Specialist plays a critical role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring enterprise merchants maximize their product value.
Essential Responsibilities
- Monitor proactive technical health for Enterprise merchants.
- Identify and suggest solutions to improve customer experience.
- Consult with merchants and internal teams on integration best practices.
- Establish strong relationships with merchants to drive success.
- Diagnose issues with APIs, code, services, and network latency.
- Advocate on merchants' behalf to improve products and processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for technical issues affecting Enterprise merchants.
Expected Qualifications
3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Observability and Monitoring Tools such as Datadog and Splunk, as well as knowledge of AI tools like Claude AI and Perplexity.
Compensation & Locations
Pay ranges differ by location. Primary location is Austin, Texas, with additional opportunities in San Jose, Chicago, Scottsdale, and Omaha. Additional compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentives.
