Sr Project Manager

Overview

PayPal has been revolutionizing commerce globally for over 25 years. As a Sr Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate related projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals.

Essential Responsibilities

This role focuses on internal information system-specific project tasks and non-technical project completion from initiation through delivery. You will organize daily activities based on organizational goals, develop new programs, monitor projects, evaluate strengths and weaknesses, manage budgets and plans, and meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals. You will also work closely with the marketing team to improve strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning activities across Revenue Operations, Finance, HR, Sales Leadership, and Analytics.
• Develop and maintain planning playbooks, communication plans, and standardized templates.
• Define and maintain Sales Governance policies and guidelines.
• Serve as liaison with Sales Technology, translating requirements into system enhancements.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for program analytics.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategy roles with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience). A Master’s or MBA is a plus. Experience with CRM/sales planning tools such as Salesforce and BEAM is required. Strong communication, analytical skills and the ability to manage complex programs are essential.

Work Arrangement & Compensation

This role offers a balanced hybrid work model requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Compensation varies by location, with primary location in New York City, New York, and other locations including San Jose, Chicago, Austin, and Scottsdale. Additional performance bonuses, equity, or other incentives may also be offered.
