Job Description

Sr Analyst, Risk Management at PayPal

PayPal has been revolutionizing commerce globally for more than 25 years, creating innovative experiences that make moving money, selling, and shopping simple, personalized, and secure. PayPal empowers consumers and businesses in approximately 200 markets to join and thrive in the global economy. We operate a global, two-sided network at scale that connects hundreds of millions of merchants and consumers, helping them connect, transact, and complete payments, whether online or in person.

We provide proprietary payment solutions accepted by merchants, enabling payments on our platform. Our customers enjoy the flexibility to use their accounts for purchases, receive payments for goods and services, and transfer/withdraw funds. We enable safer fund exchanges with merchants using various funding sources, including bank accounts, PayPal/Venmo balances, credit products, cards, cryptocurrencies, or stored value products. PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom also facilitate safer fund transfers between friends and family. For merchants, we offer an end-to-end payments solution with authorization, settlement capabilities, instant access to funds, and payouts. We also assist merchants with customer connections, exchanges, returns, and risk management, reducing complexity in cross-border trade.

Our core values – Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness – guide our daily business, ensuring we work as one global team with customers at the center, and prioritize self-care, mutual support, and community engagement.
