Job Overview: Sr Analyst, Global Investigations
This role coordinates responses to fraud attacks and manages a portfolio of incidents, overseeing investigations from intake to resolution. You will drive root cause analyses, evaluate remediation efforts, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead sensitive, high-risk investigations and conduct witness interviews.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analyses to mitigate risk.
- Manage a case portfolio ensuring timely investigation conclusions.
- Deliver clear presentations and detailed incident reports to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain technical proficiency with investigative tools.
Additional Responsibilities
The Sr Analyst, Global Investigations also serves as a Fraud Incident Manager in the Fraud Incident Response and Management (FIRM) team. Responsibilities include facilitating fraud incident intake, analysis of complex fraud events, and driving strategic solutions to enhance policy and product security.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience (or equivalent education) is required. Preferred candidates will have 5+ years of experience in fraud oversight and incident management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in cross-functional settings.
