Job Summary

The PayPal China data team, based in Singapore, is seeking a highly motivated business analyst to bridge business needs and data solutions. This role focuses on analyzing complex global datasets for business needs from China and delivering actionable BI dashboards and reports.

Essential Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets for insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Deliver actionable recommendations based on analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Present findings to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in data practices.

Expected Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Statistics.
• Expertise in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with big data and cloud technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, BigQuery).
• Programming experience using Python or Java.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in the payment and fintech industry.
• Strong collaboration and creative problem-solving skills.
