Job Summary
As a Sr. Account Representative, Small & Medium Business, you will work independently while collaborating internally to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of processes and programs. This role requires analytical skills and sound judgment to determine appropriate actions and recommend optimal solutions, driving influence through established procedures.
Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborate internally to influence process quality and efficiency.
- Determine appropriate actions and consider alternative solutions for complex situations.
- Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with small and medium-sized merchants.
- Utilize analytical skills and judgment to recommend the best solutions for merchant needs.
- Influence outcomes through defined processes and established procedures.
Expected Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation & Benefits
PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as work location, relevant skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits like medical, dental, and vision insurance. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $130,000 to $157,000.
PayPal offers a balanced hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in the office for in-person collaboration and allowing 2 days at your choice of office or home workspace.
