Role Overview

The Senior Technical Account Manager advances technical relationships with customers through proactive health engagement, revenue protection, and strong advocacy of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and close deals from a technical and operational requirements perspective.
  • Partner with Enterprise merchants via discovery sessions, product demos, and proof of concepts.
  • Diagram system connections, data flows, and advise on integration best practices.
  • Advocate customer needs to overcome technical adoption blockers.
  • Diagnose technical issues with APIs, SDKs, payment flows, and latency using AI tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive product best practice and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Must have 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical proficiency and experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, REST/GraphQL, SQL, cloud services) are critical. Fluency in German or French is a plus.
