You will work on both digital and physical products, influencing senior leadership and driving innovative strategies.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop clear objectives to enhance user experiences.
- Influence decision-making at the senior leadership level.
- Create and implement innovative digital and physical product strategies.
- Lead major business projects impacting the Experience Design family.
- Design and select improvements based on user insights and industry trends.
- Mentor junior team members in user-centered design practices.
Expected Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Details
This role offers compensation based on location and experience. Primary location is San Jose, California with additional opportunities in Chicago and Austin. The position is hybrid with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
