Job Description Summary
This role leverages data to derive insights aligned with the product vision and customer needs. The Senior Product Manager will gather customer experience insights, analyze market data, and drive data-driven product decisions.
Essential Responsibilities
- Use data to build insights on product requirements.
- Gather customer insights for product enhancements.
- Analyze research, market data, and usability studies.
- Monitor product profitability and manage budgets.
- Lead sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with content developers, data scientists, product designers and UX researchers.
Additional Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of the SMB Risk Product team focused on improving the merchant risk journey. Define and execute product vision, streamline onboarding, set measurable goals, and address technical and operational challenges for enhanced merchant activation and retention.
Essential Skills
- Strong quantitative skills, proficient with SQL, Python and analytics tools.
- Experience in risk management, product strategy, and user experience.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
