Overview

The Manager Product Sales Venmo role at PayPal is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategic sales initiatives, enhancing customer satisfaction, and aligning business processes with evolving market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional projects and programs aligned with business trends.
  • Identify issues and recommend process improvements and best practices.
  • Partner with various teams to analyze business trends and develop strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth for Venmo by aligning merchant needs with PayPal solutions.
  • Collaborate with front book Account Executives and back book AEs for new business deals.
  • Support the growth and maintenance of the US Venmo pipeline, with accurate forecasting and account plans.
  • Support the US Product Sales Specialist team in managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Conduct pre-sales calls, deliver customized presentations, ROI-based proposals and support contract negotiations.
  • Assist in prospecting, account creation, integration, and win/loss analysis in partnership with AE/SE/Product Success.
  • Build measurable value propositions and operate in a proactive, hunter mode.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product solutioning or selling to senior executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Deep expertise in consumer value mapping, funnel conversion design, and optimization, particularly in fintech and digital platforms.
  • Skilled storyteller proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
