Overview

The Manager, Product Sales BNPL role at PayPal is responsible for leading functional projects and programs, ensuring alignment with evolving business trends. This role is focused on identifying issues, recommending best practices, and driving business or process improvements across the function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand business trends.
  • Develop strategies to enhance product sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with front book Account Executives and back book AEs on co-selling and net new business deals.
  • Support the US Product Sales Specialist team by co-managing the entire sales cycle including prospecting, pre-sales calls, presentations, ROI-based proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Operate as a proactive hunter by building strategic account plans.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education and experience).
  • Experience in product solutioning or selling to senior executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Deep expertise in consumer value mapping and funnel conversion design, particularly within BNPL and related sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a values-based communication approach.
