Role Overview
The Learning Experience Designer at PayPal designs immersive, AI-augmented, multi-modal learning programs to build faster teammate readiness and personalization. You will own end-to-end development of learning programs, apply adult learning methodologies, and use state-of-the-art digital tools.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver learning programs based on learner needs.
- Create engaging, human-centered learning journeys blending digital, virtual, and experiential components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align programs with organization goals.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content design and personalize learning pathways.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness through feedback and data.
Qualifications & Tools
Minimum experience: 3+ years in instructional/experience design with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination. Must have mastery of tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia. Familiarity with LMS, LXP, Digital Adoption Platforms, simulation, and xAPI integration is essential.
