Job Description Summary
The Lead Product Manager contributes to product strategy alongside cross-functional stakeholders, implements an architectural roadmap, and enhances customer experience. The role focuses on monitoring key metrics, managing workstreams for analytics and competitive analysis, and collaborating with various teams as an individual contributor.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide inputs to product strategy aligned with the shared vision.
- Implement an architectural roadmap balancing design, regulations, and profitability.
- Control user experience and ensure customer needs drive decisions.
- Monitor metrics including usability studies, market analysis, and research.
- Manage workstreams for analytics, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Oversee product profitability measures and participate in reviews.
- Collaborate with technology leaders, content developers, data scientists, designers, and researchers.
Expected Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in payments, including card processing, 3DS, CIT/MIT framework, tokenization and payment networks.
- Experience with Visa BASE and/or Mastercard IPM specifications.
- Familiarity with Visa Clearing Exchange, Mastercard Clearing Optimizer and related tools.
- Experience working with external network partners and launching payment products in multiple geographies.
- Understanding of payment checkout SDK, PCI-DSS compliance, no-code platforms, approval rate analysis, and transaction routing.
