Job Description Summary

This role provides essential day-to-day support to management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle expense tracking for Vice Presidents. Responsibilities include preparing reports, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining databases and SharePoint sites to ensure data accuracy, organization, and accessibility. The role may also involve assisting with project management tasks, liaising with other departments, and ensuring deadlines are met. This position typically supports two or more Vice Presidents.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manages the executive's calendar and daily workflow with minimal instruction.
  • Performs general administrative duties including managing travel, expenses, department distribution lists, purchase orders, and ordering supplies in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Engages and collaborates with the immediate team and internal partners.
  • May act as a delegate for the executive in reviewing and approving expense reports.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to increase efficiency and improve processes, anticipating the needs of the executive and team.
  • Collaborates regularly with peers and internal partners while developing and maintaining strong relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of relevant work experience.

Additional Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this role depends on location, experience, and expertise. For New York City, New York, the pay range is ($34.37 - $49.18 Hourly). Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus or other incentive compensation as applicable.

PayPal utilizes a balanced hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office for collaboration and 2 days at home or in the office for flexibility.
