In this role, you will serve as a key partner in managing eDiscovery projects, focusing on the preservation, collection, review, and production of electronic data. You will coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to manage multiple client relationships.

Job Description Summary

This position entails leading end-to-end eDiscovery projects from consultation through final production, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations across multiple concurrent matters.

Essential Responsibilities

• Organize daily activities aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement programs that support strategic objectives.
• Monitor projects and oversee project managers.
• Evaluate program strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop program budgets and plans, and meet with stakeholders.
• Improve strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end eDiscovery projects from initial consultation to production.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including attorneys, technical staff, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and status reports.
• Oversee data preservation and collections from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Manage data processing workflows in Relativity and perform forensic collections when needed.
• Develop scripts to automate workflows and configure Relativity backend infrastructure.

Expected Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination.
• Solid understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support industry practices.
• Extensive experience with the Relativity platform, including administration and backend configuration.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting, database management, and forensic collection tools.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex litigation matters and working with government agencies.

Work Arrangement & Locations

This role offers a balanced hybrid work model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote options. Primary locations include San Jose, CA; Chicago, IL; Austin, TX; and Scottsdale, AZ, with competitive compensation based on location.
