We empower consumers and businesses in approximately 200 markets to join and thrive in the global economy. Operating a global, two-sided network at scale, we connect hundreds of millions of merchants and consumers, facilitating payments whether online or in person. Beyond third-party networks, we provide proprietary payment solutions, offering flexibility for customers to use accounts for purchases, payments, transfers, and withdrawals using various funding sources. Our PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom products ensure safer and simpler fund transfers between friends and family. For merchants, we offer an end-to-end payment solution with authorization, settlement, instant fund access, and risk management, enabling cross-border shopping and global reach while reducing complexity.
Our business is guided daily by core values: Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness. These values ensure we work as one global team, keeping our customers central and prioritizing self-care, mutual support, and community engagement.
