Job Description
About PayPal
PayPal has been revolutionizing commerce globally for more than 25 years. We create innovative experiences that make moving money, selling, and shopping simple, personalized, and secure, empowering consumers and businesses in approximately 200 markets to join and thrive in the global economy.
We operate a global, two-sided network at scale that connects hundreds of millions of merchants and consumers, helping them connect, transact, and complete payments, whether online or in person. PayPal provides proprietary payment solutions accepted by merchants that enable the completion of payments on our platform. Our customers enjoy the flexibility to use their accounts for purchases, payments, transfers, and withdrawals using various funding sources, including bank accounts, PayPal/Venmo balances, credit products, cards, cryptocurrencies, or gift cards. PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom also facilitate safer and simpler fund transfers between friends and family.
For merchants, we offer an end-to-end payments solution with authorization, settlement capabilities, instant fund access, and tools for customer connection, exchanges, returns, and risk management. We also enable cross-border shopping and global reach while reducing complexity. Our core values—Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness—guide how we conduct business every day, ensuring we work as one global team with customers at the center, and prioritize the well-being of ourselves, each other, and our communities.
