Original Job Summary
Overview

As a DDI Engineer Global Network Services, you will support, manage, and design DDI (DHCP, DNS, IPAM) and NTP environments, contributing to a global network that powers hundreds of millions of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee load balancers, GSLB equipment, and CDN platforms.
- Handle proactive and reactive outages including incident escalation and root cause analysis.
- Lead backbone network design for on-premises and cloud environments.
- Deploy equipment and manage SSL certificate hosting and renewals.
- Provide on-call support and ensure system availability and compliance.
- Manage and mentor global teams and document best practices.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support and manage DDI workflows including design and maintenance of self-service tools.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, system, and network issues.
- Collaborate with teams on IP allocation, DNS optimization, and security compliance.
- Manage migrations from bare metal to VM and support L1 and L2 trouble reports.
- Engage with vendors to complete software upgrades and ensure operational tasks.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of technical experience with DDI technologies and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in Python, API calls, DNS records configuration, and Infoblox IPAM tools is essential.
