Role Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst at Payoneer - Working Capital, you will lead the data domain within a high-impact, fast-moving startup-like team inside a global company. You will own end-to-end data strategy, build advanced risk models, and create a scalable data infrastructure while mentoring a small team within a matrixed structure.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the data domain including analytics, modeling, and infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and maintain a core risk scoring model.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key KPIs.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Guide and mentor team members in analytical execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as RevOps, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Who You Are

• 5+ years in business intelligence, data analysis or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Skilled in data modeling and building analytical models.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
