Job Overview

This fully remote position involves researching and testing web-based application functionalities, auditing data, and coordinating with external vendors for EDI feeds. The Support Analyst will provide internal and external client support, troubleshoot issues, and assess needs for customization or enhancements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Research and test the functionality of web-based applications
• Perform system maintenance and audit data from multiple sources
• Coordinate EDI feeds with external vendors
• Troubleshoot client issues and report customization needs

Education, Experience & Physical Requirements

College degree preferred. Role requires extended sitting, computer and phone usage for 7-8 hours daily.
