As a Solutions Consultant III on the Sales & Marketing team, you will strengthen client relationships by understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions that showcase Paylocity's value.
Position Overview
This fully remote, full-time role serves as the primary technical and solution resource for the Enterprise Sales Team. You will collaborate with sales executives and operations partners to design customized solutions, conduct discovery calls, and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Paylocity's products and services
- Understand prospect requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Lead engaging product demonstrations and discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful implementation
- Analyze complex issues and troubleshoot technical problems
Requirements
Seven or more years of industry experience in a solutions consultant capacity, strong presentation and communication skills, and familiarity with Paylocity products are required. The role demands clear articulation of complex product features and consultation to drive client success.
