Overview
Paylocity, an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions, is seeking a Senior Product Manager Benefits Administration. Join the Product & Technology team to develop high-impact benefits administration solutions that drive value and improve the employee experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap from ideation to delivery.
- Partner with carriers, benefit brokers, and administrators to uncover value.
- Prioritize impactful features aligned with customer and business needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and marketing.
- Conduct market research and analyze metrics to refine the roadmap.
Education and Experience
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years in product management with proven success. Experience with carrier integrations, benefits EDI, and mentoring junior product managers is preferred.
Additional Information
