Work Arrangement

This role follows a hybrid schedule requiring 2 days in the office at the Schaumburg, IL location and 3 days remote per week. In-office days are subject to business needs.

Position Overview

The Manager Finance (Sales/Marketing) is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for assigned groups. The role involves working directly with senior management to develop strategic financial goals, create annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term models, as well as analyzing monthly variances with the Accounting group.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop the annual budget and quarterly forecasts (40%).
• Analyze trends and their impact on future results (30%).
• Lead analytics and special projects (20%).
• Communicate financial results and projections (10%).

The role requires high accuracy in financial forecasts, identification of business drivers, and effective communication with non-financial personnel and executives.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• 5+ years of similar experience with extensive analytics/modeling
• 1+ years of FP&A Management experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth public tech company preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at a desk for 7-8 hours
• Competence in using computer and phone systems
