Overview

The core mission of the Operations Support Associate at Payfuture is to provide helpful information, answer questions, and respond to client complaints, acting as a frontline support to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Communicate with clients via various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve client complaints.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge.
  • Document all client interactions and transactions per SOPs.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and escalate issues when needed.
  • Provide feedback on service process efficiency.
  • Assist with merchant technical integration.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

You will be a good fit if you:

  • Have customer support or client service experience, at least 1 year with English-speaking clients.
  • Have a track record of over-achieving quotas.
  • Possess excellent communication, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.

  • Exhibit a proactive personality and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are a team player with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new applications.
