Overview
Selling Company's products and services by developing relationships with clients and referrals from internal sales partners to increase overall revenue for clients in the 20+ employee space.
Responsibilities
- Presenting Paychex solutions and services to final decision makers and end users within the prospective universe.
- Builds relationships and maintains partnerships with other Paychex sales representatives to effectively drive internal referrals and provide clients with complete solutions available with Paychex product and service offerings.
- Analyzing the customer needs and interests, determining which solutions are appropriate and referring to appropriate party when necessary.
- Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management.
- Projecting a positive image in representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
- May be required to travel for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions and/or area Zone meetings.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma - Required
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/marketing experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in HCM sales required
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically $65,000 - $120,000. This range includes BOTH base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
