About The Role
As Product Lead, Assets, you will own the vision and execution for Paxos' asset platform — spanning both industry-leading stablecoin products and new tokenized real-world assets. You will drive the scaling of multi-billion-dollar stablecoins and the development of new asset classes while collaborating with engineering, commercial, and regulatory teams.
What You’ll Do
- Set the Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for stablecoin infrastructure and tokenized asset development.
- Build & Scale: Lead design and delivery of asset orchestration APIs, multi-chain capabilities and custody infrastructure.
- Innovate: Drive tokenization efforts for new asset classes based on market trends.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams for scalable, secure, and regulatory ready solutions.
- Engage with Customers: Partner with top institutions to exceed customer expectations.
- Drive Growth: Accelerate adoption of stablecoins and new tokenized assets in collaboration with commercial teams.
About You
- Proven product management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure.
- Record of building and scaling high-growth products in payments, digital assets, or blockchain.
- Experience with both 0-to-1 innovation and scaling established platforms.
- Strong technical acumen, comfortable with APIs, blockchain protocols, and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay And Benefits
Paxos offers a competitive total compensation with equity and bonuses based on individual and company performance. The base salary for US candidates ranges from $221,691 to $260,813 USD.
