Your Impact

To support our mission, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager, Operations & Integrations to strengthen our Product Team. In this role, you ensure that internal systems, integrations, and automations work reliably and scale with the business. In close collaboration with our CTP, you create clarity between Product, Operations, and Engineering, reduce complexity in system landscapes and enable teams to move faster through well-defined technical requirements and stable integrations.

Your Mission

  • You own internal platforms, integrations, automations, and data flows (excluding BI)
  • You own Salesforce and Chargebee as products, including objects, flows and automations
  • You define, prioritize, and drive internal system improvements
  • You structure, filter, and prioritize internal requests for Engineering
  • You write clear technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and integration tests
  • You design and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Chargebee and internal systems
  • You own Zapier processes and integration architecture

Your Talent

  • You bring 4+ years of experience in Product, Engineering, or a Technical Product Manager role
  • You have a strong technical background in backend systems, APIs, and integrations
  • You have hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks and event-driven architectures
  • You have worked directly with Salesforce, Chargebee, Zapier, and similar SaaS tools
  • You are comfortable working closely with engineers, DevOps, and QA teams
  • You translate business needs into precise technical requirements and priorities
  • You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, and prioritize confidently
  • You are business-fluent in English (min. C1); German is a plus
