Responsibilities

  • Develop state-of-the-art systems for AI evaluation using advanced NLP techniques.
  • Conduct novel research on redteaming language models and alignment challenges.
  • Lead research projects including experiment design, dataset collection, and model benchmarking.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams globally.
  • Experiment with the latest technologies in generative AI and propose system improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in empirical NLP research in academic or industry labs.
