Responsibilities
- Develop state-of-the-art systems for AI evaluation using advanced NLP techniques.
- Conduct novel research on redteaming language models and alignment challenges.
- Lead research projects including experiment design, dataset collection, and model benchmarking.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams globally.
- Experiment with the latest technologies in generative AI and propose system improvements.
Qualifications
- Publications at top AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, EMNLP, ACL).
- Experience in empirical NLP research in academic or industry labs.
- Proficiency in transformer-based architectures and evaluation metrics.
