About the Role
As a Sales Operations Manager in Sales Enablement at our Augsburg or Frankfurt location, you will play a decisive role in shaping the future!
Your Responsibilities
- Expansion of Salesforce into a central Client & Business Intelligence platform
- Development and continuous optimization of sales structures and processes, including through automations and AI
- Expansion of Data Analytics in Salesforce to support Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Prediction, among other things, to answer strategic questions and assist with Client Mapping
- Implementation and analysis of KPIs to manage sales performance and optimize CRM
- CRM administration including ensuring data quality and adherence to defined processes
What You Bring
- A successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or a comparable function, ideally experience in the Real-Estate/Real-Asset industry
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of KPIs, Forecasting, Prediction, and data-driven management
- Fundamental understanding of sales models and processes as well as their optimization
- Experience in the creation and further development of data analyses and performance reports and the derivation of actionable recommendations for the business
- Experience in CRM automations and the application of AI
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment of actively developing systems and processes
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Administration
- Excellent German and English language skills
