The Role
Drive performance excellence for Customer Support and Player Operations using sharp analytics, forecasting, and optimization—shaping seamless experiences for global players.
What you'll do
- Monitor and optimize performance of agents, team leads, managers, and QA.
- Forecast weekly/monthly volumes to guide KPIs, hiring, and training.
- Build and automate reports in Looker, Retool, and Zendesk.
- Design tech solutions for performance tracking and operational dashboards.
- Handle partner queries with clear, data-backed updates and deliver trend reports.
What we need
- Analytical prowess in performance monitoring and operations data.
- Experience with Looker, Retool, and Zendesk.
- Proven skills in forecasting, capacity planning, and optimization.
- Ability to build monitoring tools and strong communication skills.
- A data-driven track record in continuous improvement.
