About The Role
The Customer Happiness Technical Specialist role focuses on providing top-notch technical support on the Memberful product. You will work remotely in a self-managed team, handling technical support issues that involve WordPress, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Responsibilities
- Support customers via help desk from onboarding to advanced configuration.
- Become the expert on Memberful integration with WordPress and related tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues including APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering to resolve and prioritize technical tickets.
- Create and update help docs and troubleshooting guides.
- Gather feature requests and customer insights for continuous improvement.
About You
You are a resourceful, empathetic communicator with a knack for technical troubleshooting. Experience with WordPress, APIs, and customer support in a SaaS environment is key. You work well independently and value asynchronous communication.
