About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Automation Engineer who loves breaking complex systems apart—and stitching them back together cleaner, faster, and more reliable than before. If n8n + Make.com + APIs + debugging broken workflows sounds like your kind of fun, keep reading.
You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and monitoring automation workflows that power real business operations (not toy projects). This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role where your work directly impacts speed, reliability, and scale. This is a full-time role (India-based, remote).
What You'll be doing
- Build and maintain complex workflows in n8n
- Integrate APIs, webhooks, CRMs, and third-party tools
- Debug broken automations across multiple systems
- Handle real-time data flows and edge cases
- Monitor workflows and proactively fix issues
- Improve system reliability and reduce downtime
Must Have
- Hands-on experience with n8n in production (non-negotiable)
- Strong debugging skills (you enjoy fixing broken systems)
- Experience working with: Webhooks, APIs (REST), JSON data structures
- Ability to handle multi-step workflows with conditions, loops, and logic
Strong Bonus
- JavaScript inside n8n (Function nodes)
- Experience with Make.com (Integromat)
- Experience handling: API rate limits, Error handling & retries, OAuth / authentication flows, Supabase
Role Details
- Engagement: Full-time

- Compensation: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000/month (based on experience)
- Availability: Full-time commitment required
Why Join Us

- Be part of a fast-scaling international agency
- Opportunity to build core infrastructure from scratch
- High ownership, zero micromanagement
Do NOT apply if
- You’ve only built basic Zapier automations
- You don’t have real production experience
- You struggle with APIs or debugging
- You need step-by-step instructions for everything
Who This Is Perfect For
- You’ve built automations that actually run in production
- You hate “silent failures” and broken workflows
- You think in systems, not just code
- You like solving messy, real-world problems (not just clean dev tasks)
Apply If
- You’ve built workflows that actually broke — and you fixed them
- You understand how systems fail, not just how they work
- You can think independently and own automation systems
Apply with examples of workflows you’ve built or systems you’ve debugged. Bonus points if you’ve worked with complex, multi-tool automation stacks.
