Role Overview

The Data Analyst role is central to using data insights to drive positive healthcare outcomes. You will work within the Data Engineering department and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing. This role requires diligence, curiosity, and initiative to unlock the value of data for both internal stakeholders and customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop analytic solutions for internal teams and external customers on business development, patient engagement, outcomes, and performance intelligence.
  • Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop and implement statistical models to uncover trends and patterns.
  • Communicate findings through visualizations using Metabase and reports.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to data pipeline improvements and ensure data reliability.
  • Assist customer success teams with ad-hoc data and reporting requests.

Technologies We Use

Python, SQL, dbt, HubSpot, JIRA, Snowflake, Fivetran, Metabase, Apache Airflow, Excel / Google Sheets.

Requirements

What You Bring: A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, business, statistics, or a related field; deep knowledge of SQL, dbt, and Python; proficiency with BI and visualization software; CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce); strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have: Experience with statistical analysis/machine learning, working with electronic health records, high-growth company experience, and familiarity with other programming languages such as Ruby.
