About the Role
The Business Controls Analyst II - Card Brand Compliance will focus on card brand rules and compliance programs. This role involves aligning policies, identifying gaps, driving corrective action, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate alignment among policies, program standards, and external guidelines.
- Identify and monitor operational and strategic risks with Key Risk Indicators.
- Implement and review controls and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Serve as liaison for internal/external audit support requests.
- Translate control deficiencies into actionable plans and enhance governance practices.
- Conduct 1LOD testing and monitor open issues, escalating as needed.
- Stay current on regulatory policy and program standards.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Typically 3+ years of relevant experience; card brand experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $50,000 – $84,000 with performance-based annual incentives. A comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off.
