About the Role of Administrative Assistant II
The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to management and/or a specific function within Pathward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, arrange travel, and support leadership in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications effectively.
- Respond promptly and thoroughly to incoming requests, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently.
- Provide various administrative support tasks including scanning, faxing, copying, and filing/storing documents.
- Offer analytical and administrative support to relieve managers or teams of routine administrative duties.
- Execute special projects involving continuous research and data analysis.
- Analyze issues, determine appropriate approaches, and prepare comprehensive reports or recommendations.
- Interact with employees at all levels to gather information and coordinate activities between departments and external parties.
- Coordinate onsite for executives, leading or co-leading major executive events such as leadership summits, town halls, offsites, or board-prep cycles, ensuring high-quality logistics, communication, and deliverables.
- Potentially oversee day-to-day office operations for a site, including space planning, supply management, vendor coordination, and administrative compliance, to maintain a smooth and efficient environment for associates and leaders.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
What You Will Need
- Typically requires a minimum of two years of related administrative experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and experience with an expense management system (e.g., Concur) is required.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is essential.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven capability in priority setting and time management.
