Summary/Objectives

Provide customer and employee support across all platforms with an emphasis on the ACH process, covering both origination and reception.

Essential Functions

• Perform daily posting and balancing of ACH transaction warehouse with complete file reconciliations.
• Ensure proper ACH processing for timely delivery in coordination with third party senders and originators.
• Cross train across all ACH functions to ensure team coverage.
• Oversee the distribution of daily incoming work to other specialists.
• Identify processing issues and notify management promptly.
• Participate in system upgrade testing, service expansions, conversions, and business continuity tests.
• Monitor and report deceased customer information, updating the core system as necessary.
• Handle special projects as assigned by management.
• Collaborate with the Fraud Team to resolve complaints efficiently.

Requirements
