Where You Fit

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to support our digital diagnostics customers for our AI product portfolio and Digital Pathology Image Management System, AISight. This role emphasizes cultural fit, a hunger to learn, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving industry.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain strong relationships with DDx clients including Anatomic Pathology labs, Academic Medical Centers, and Hospital Systems.
• Serve as the primary contact during technical implementation projects.
• Provide hands-on support with customer IT and internal development teams.
• Manage project implementation tasks, schedules, and risk communications.
• Offer on-call support as an expert escalation point.

Language Requirements

Fluent in English (Required) and preferably Portuguese (BR).

What You Bring

• 3+ years in client-facing SaaS implementation roles.
• Strong analytical skills and rigor.
• Experience managing difficult customer situations effectively.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business domains.
• Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation and laboratory information systems is preferred.
