Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize the shopping experience using provided tools and resources.
- Engage customers with a positive attitude and creative solutions.
- Ensure accuracy in point-of-sale operations and product returns.
- Maintain visual store standards through folding, stocking, and merchandising.
- Manage inventory, process online orders, transfers, and donations.
- Participate in ongoing training and support fellow employees.
- Act as a brand advocate and participate in community activism and retail marketing programs.
- Follow safety protocols and report concerns to ensure a secure environment.

Experience and Physical Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic math, computer, and money-handling skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 55 pounds.
- Capable of performing store maintenance duties and climbing ladders.
Schedule
This part time role requires 20-29 hours per week, with open availability Thursday through Sunday, including shifts that may start up to two hours before or after business hours. Schedules are posted three weeks in advance to support work-life balance.
