About the Role: Senior Software Engineer, Generative AI

As a Senior Software Engineer, Generative AI, you will lead the development of a multi-agent platform, establishing a reusable foundation of AI agents, tools, orchestration logic, and shared infrastructure. This role involves close collaboration with various teams including Data, QA, DevOps, and Product to deliver end-to-end AI features, from dataset preparation to model integration, deployment, optimization, and monitoring.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining automated AI pipelines using specialized frameworks or custom orchestrators. A key aspect of your role will involve designing robust logging, tracing, and metric systems for AI workloads, analyzing performance using tools like Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Grafana. You will also document architecture decisions, experiment results, and best practices in Notion.

Leveraging your deep GenAI expertise, you will evaluate trade-offs, propose high-impact solutions, simplify workflows, and maximize value for both internal teams and external clients. Sharing knowledge and architectural patterns will be crucial to strengthening internal GenAI expertise and maintaining high engineering standards. You will provide full lifecycle support for GenAI features, encompassing design, development, deployment, monitoring, and long-term maintenance.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience building commercially successful Generative AI-powered products.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern backend development.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, n8n, or Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Deep understanding of key GenAI concepts, including retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, agent architectures, reinforcement learning, and evaluation frameworks.
• Comfortable working with relational, NoSQL, and search-based databases, and designing efficient access patterns.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and align technical decisions with stakeholders.
• A proven ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into measurable, actionable tasks.
• Skilled at identifying edge cases early to ensure reliability and predictable behavior in production.
